I’d also recommend replacing the crystal due to the crack and the radium content. That would explain the radium burn on the dial, both around the small markers and in general from the hands. So the mixture used here must have quite a high radium content. To put that into context the reading is about 50% stronger than on my military WWW Eterna that has a radium dial with much greater volume of luminous material. The dial and hands have only a small volume of luminous material but give of a strong Geiger reading that indicates the presence of radium. The serial number of the case is still legible (4439351).
